If you're wondering why I haven't posted the HSP90-related data from the 2013 ASCO Genitourinary (GU) Cancer Symposium (check out hashtag #GU13 on Twitter)...it is because there weren't any! This was surprising and disappointing because the HSP90 companies such as Astex Pharma $ASTX, Novartis $NVS, and Synta Pharma $SNTA had started to think more about the solid rationale (androgen receptor - AR - is a HSP90 client protein) and preclinical evidence for a role of HSP90 inhibitors in prostate cancer.
